Paragon Europe is seeking to recruit on behalf of one of their clients within the manufacturing industry, a creative dynamic and result-oriented Brand manager who will be responsible for the development of various leading brands the company currently handles.
Working closely with the sales team, the Brand Manager should have the following attributes and responsibilities:
Be able to plan, create and implement a strategy for the brands, addressing weaknesses and maximizing marketing opportunities;
Be able to think strategically and accept responsibility for the Marketing activities of the Brands;
Manage external relations and ensure the preparation and upholding of a yearly budget with the clients and/or partners;
Be responsible for stock, taking into account quarterly and annual sales and volume forecasts.
Preference will be given to those with experience in FMCG.
The ideal candidate should possess:
A qualification in marketing, communications or relevant business degree;
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar post;
A flair for sales;
Proficiency in MS Excel.
