Administrator (with Reception duties)

One of our clients, a leader within the financial services industry, is seeking to recruit an Administrator with reception duties on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Administer the application process for savings plans

Data inputting

Reception duties

Daily deposits of client monies into the company system to ensure that client monies are up to date and accurately recorded

Reconciliation of client’s accounts in system against bank accounts

Periodically compiling and updating company statistics for Management

Maintain archives and general filing systems

Engage with customers courteously and efficiently 

Requirements:

O Levels in English, Maltese and Maths

​Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills in English and Maltese

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Skills:

Meticulous with a keen eye for details

Able to multitask and work under pressure 

Able to work independently and as part of a team
