Operations and Customer Service Manager

One of our clients, a leader in the automotive sector, is seeking to recruit an Operations and Customer Service Manager on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Train and coach team in sales and ensure that targets are met and exceeded

Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members

Ensure that the operations are efficient and running smoothly

Ensure that any customer service issues are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner

Monitor, lead and manage team members working on a seven-day rotating roster

Requirements:

3+ years previous experience in the car rental industry with a strong customer service orientation

Proven leadership and management experience in multi-location and / or large volume business

Excellent communication in written and spoken  English. Knowledge of Maltese would be an asset

Decision maker with an analytical mind

Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude and a people person

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Skills:

Meticulous with a keen eye for detail

Highly organised with a can-do attitude and problem solving skills

Work independently and also as part of a team
