One of our clients is looking to recruit a Sales & Customer Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Providing product information to clients and responding to their queries.
Customer / policy records accordingly, issuing, and sending the appropriate paperwork and more.
Servicing of customer enquiries on the phone and by email, in a similar way to walk-in customers.
Verifying the identity of the customer in accordance with procedure on customer identification and logging all calls in a call centre database.
Carrying out of pro-active marketing of products as well as surveys on the phone.
Carries out of regular quality checks e.g. monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance.
Assists with work related to the improvement performance and efficiency by proposing technology, software and workflow related improvements between the Regional Office and the supporting units as well as its intermediaries.
Performs work as assigned about internal reports.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and Maltese
Minimum of 1-year experience
Reading for tertiary qualification or professional qualification is an asset.
