One of our clients is seeking to recruit a Customer Insight and Campaigns Analyst on a full-time basis
Developing insights on customer behaviour, working closely with the Digital Team, Brand Team, Customer Data Analysts, BI and IT departments.
Developing and implementing campaign segmentation logic that sends the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behavior, actions and journey stage.
Create and maintain ad hoc, recurrent and lifecycle campaigns, using the insights gained from data to propose the implementation of new campaign ideas.
Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to the Customer Insights and Campaigns Manager based on findings.
Help the team maximize the customer lifetime value through supporting the Product Owners with personalized upsell and cross-sell propositions.
Analyse marketing campaign data and evaluates overall performance of channels, assets, conversions, leads and revenue impact.
Provides feedback to enhance data availability and cleanliness in internal CRM system, to boost insight and take action.
Based on analysis of the data provided, propose different effective ways of testing the customer’s base with offers, audiences and communications with the goal of maximising the conversion rate.
Finding out new ways of analysing large data sets to enhance the BI that will be used for making quick decisions.
Making recommendations that are based on business and strategic targets.
Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.
Develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong business acumen with demonstrated technical ability and know-how to develop, analyze, and present data and solutions to a business audience.
Experience in working in Excel, SQL and analytical and visualization tools.
Working with CRM tools.
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
