One of our clients is seeking to recruit a Customer Insight and Campaigns Analyst on a full-time basis
Responsibilities:
Developing insights on customer behaviour, working closely with the Digital Team, Brand Team, Customer Data Analysts, BI and IT departments.
Continuously analyse data across multiple divisions, developing insights on customer behaviour, working closely with the rest of the marketing department, other commercial departments, and data engineers.
Create and maintain commercial reports with a keen eye for identifying changes in trends.
Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to the Head of Marketing based on findings.
Defining and testing of hypotheses with the objective of improving trends to align to commercial and strategic targets.
Presenting data-driven recommendations and strategies to the cross-divisional stakeholders and head of marketing.
Support in building and maintaining reporting and tracking strategy for optimal marketing campaign performance to maximise customer lifetime value.
Creating and maintaining predictive analytics models.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong business acumen with demonstrated technical ability and know-how to develop, analyze, and present data and solutions to a business audience.
Experience in working in Excel, SQL with experience in R or Python programming for statistical and predictive analysis (churn models, decision trees, cluster analysis).
Working with CRM tools.
Strong written and verbal communication in English
