Issuing of Invoices & Sales Receipts.
Bank Statements Reconciliations.
Foreign Payments Reconciliations.
Sales and Purchases Ledger Support.
Credit Card Process .
Easy Payment Process; Chasing Clients and Issuing of Receipts.
Ownership & Administrating Managed Print Servicing Contracts .
Closure of month end tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role;
Proficient in office applications and have experience in standard office software
High-Level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Excellent oral and written communication in English and Maltese
Possess a clean police conduct;
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
